In the TRU-Leaders After-School Program, instructors first instill core traits of self-discipline, self-confidence, self-respect, and continued self-development as students establish and solidify their foundations in emotional strength.

Students then start to build their leader toolkit with skills in decision-making, problem-solving, collaboration, responsibility, and taking ownership of their actions.
