CADET  LEADERSHIP

Cadet Operations Officer (COO) Summer Williams is an objective-driven, highly disciplined student whose passion for leadership, excellence, and service is evident in everything she does.  As a proud member of the South Lake High School graduating class of 2028, her acceptance into the prestigious Cambridge Program and active service in her high school Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) reveal her relentless pursuit of success in the classroom and beyond.

​With a keen ability to think quickly and see multiple perspectives, COO Williams thrives under pressure, making her a natural leader.  She is diligently focused on her academic goals of becoming valedictorian of her class, and finishing her high school career with both her high school diploma and Associate’s degree.  Her grit, determination, and willingness to push herself outside her comfort zone fuel her ambition of becoming a United States Marine Corps Fighter Pilot. 

As Cadet Operations Officer, Summer is committed to expanding the academy’s reach and inspiring more students to pursue leadership excellence by sharing the many invaluable lessons she has gained through her journey with TRU-Leaders Academy. 

Summer speaks proudly of her faith being the foundation of her life and says her spiritual relationship with God guides her decisions and gives her strength in all areas of her life. She believes that true success is not just about achievements but also integrity, service, and staying true to her core values.

Looking ahead, Summer’s goals extend beyond her career in aviation. She envisions a strong loving family, a stable financial future free of debt, and a life built on discipline and purpose. When she is not pursuing her dreams, you’ll likely find Summer reading a good book or spending time with her favorite pets.
